Support requests can be submitted through the SKF Technical Support website or via the TraX mobile application.
SKF Technical Support
Telematics Service Providers (TSPs) can receive support through the SKF Technical Support website. To submit a support request, choose one of the TraX-specific support forms available in the "Open a Support Case" section.

For General Support Requests:
- TraX Sensor - Request support: Request support to seek assistance, report an incident, or address a problem.
For Specific Support Requests:
- TraX sensor - Onboard Fleet: Fleets must be registered in advance on the SKF platform. TSPs can register a fleet using the TraX partner API (recommended). TSPs can ask SKF for assistance.
- TraX sensor - Onboard Installer: A form used to onboard an installer to the SKF platform.
- TraX sensor - Transition sensor configurations: A form used for transitioning (moving) sensors configured on a source vehicle to a target vehicle.
TraX Mobile Application
In the TraX mobile application, users can request support by navigating to the Support section, clicking "Contact Support" and describing their request in the following dialog.
