Updating Device Firmware

6.10 Updating the sensor firmware

Firmware updates can be performed by adding or resetting a device or by manually updating it. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the update using either method.

WARNING
When performing a firmware update, it is crucial to adhere to all provided instructions within the application. When the application prompts you to activate the sensor, be sure to do so. This is necessary to allow the application to successfully finalize the firmware update and configuration process.

6.10.1 Updating the firmware automatically

The mobile app will notify you when a firmware update is available. In the "Update Device Firmware" panel, tap the Update Firmware button and keep your mobile device near the device during the update process.

6.10.2 Updating the firmware manually

When you open a device's information panel, you may see an Update to [firmware version] button. Tap this button and follow the on-screen instructions to update the device's firmware.
