Reports - Summary View - Request to include page name

Would it be possible to have page name included in Round Summary View/Print reports (or the ability to add the page name), like in the detail report? Our pages are set up by equipment and often times there are the same readings/questions on multiple pages. When viewing the summary report, it isn't clear which Fuel Oil Tank, Skid Pump, etc that each entry is associated with.
