Feature to associate completed rounds with a task

"We have had several instances where the operator has completed the Round rather than the task.   Is there any way to associate the completed Round with the task, rather than the user re-doing the task?"

  There really needs to be more clarity for an operators as to whether they need to do the round of the task.  Removing the ability to do the round would be a HUGE feature I have been asking for, for some time now.
