Provide a new type of Step: Link

A LINK step would be beneficial to be able to view a document that is larger than the 1 MB file limit for the Document step. This link could reference a company document which would automatically fetch the most current revision of the document instead of having to reload a newer version into GoPlant. Alternatively, this Link step should also be able to scan a QR or barcode that would connect to a document via weblink.

This would obviously need to have a Wi-Fi connection, so it would only be available while Online and not when the mobile device is in an Offline condition.
