Move users who have tasks in flight

Requesting the ability to move a user with tasks “in flight”. Issue 

Currently the process to move a user with tasks in flight is:

• Remove a user from the user group
• End all “in flight tasks” associated with the user group
• Recreate the tasks again
• Finally, move the user

If you move the user straight up in the treeview (like to root level for example), it works fine.

If the user is removed from the user group, they should be able to “free” themselves up from the task even if it’s in-flight

  I think this is a no brainer.  Been wanting this since we started using GoPlant
