Form Designer show Step Trigger Message to Operators / Operator Response settings without needing working copy

We would like to be able to see the triggers, AND the comment given to the user along with whether or not comments are optional or required.

I know there is message to the operator when the answer is greater than or equal to 10, but I can’t see it unless I make a working copy.  I also can’t see whether the comments are required or optional.  Once I view the working copy, I delete it.  And I believe this leaves a trail in the database of the working copy and I think this will clog up the database and unnecessarily adds extra.
