Asset Readings Report

It would be beneficial to have a report to show the readings for an asset, similar to the vibration readings report but for other non-vibration readings. The user should be able to select the desired asset(s), then which applicable form(s) to include on the report. 

This could also be a version of the Form - Detail report but with an additional option to select the applicable asset(s).
