Expand search functionality for Completed Forms Widget to add Form Serial #

Search results in Completed Form widget do not include the form "Serial #" found here:

Currently when searching by name you are unable to identify different forms with same name from different storage groups apart and are only to search the widget by the form name. Add functionality to allow search by form serial ID #.
