Dear SKF Microlog dBX User.
Using an IEPE (ICP) powered microphone (such as the PCB Piezotronics www.pcb.com part number MIC-5 130E20), airborne sound can be monitored using the Microlog dBX.
Unfortunately, the onboard Analyzer software does not perform Octave vibration analysis, i.e., by breaking down complex vibration signals into different frequency bands. This is something we can look into for a future software release.

Hi Please refer screenshot of the Microlog DBX User manual where it specifies that one can setup specific modules like Octave. Previous Microlog CMXA 75 had the specific module also. Please review and confirm. thx

Dear SKF Microlog dBX user, unfortunately this is a typo in the user manual and document will be amended. The Microlog dBX does not have a specific module for Octave analysis at the moment. I trust this answers your question.
Thank you for your feature request.
