"Revoking" tasks from GoPlant users while using mobile

"It has been requested in our plants to allow technicians with Tasks assigned to “revoke” the task from the tablet. This would be used a circumstance where they were not given the equipment for inspection from production or pulled of the inspection for another unplanned job. This option would help to show why the work wasn’t done instead of just showing expired."
