Ability to hide / show the "User" column in Forms and Rounds viewer

Feature request to allow the ability to hide / show the "User" column in Forms and Rounds viewer. This essentially refers to tracking of people and activities which is currently under discussion from a GDPR compliance perspective with SKF IT security.
