Option on Forms to have previous step value populate as the default value

  While this is not a good feature for process log taking (ability to pencil-whip rounds), this feature is very important for safety and compliance rounds. This allows the ability to VERIFY a condition still exists - it shows the operator what the condition was previously (i.e., fire extinguisher was Serial Number XXXX) AND easily record it as still the same condition (fire extinguisher is still Serial Number XXXX). This feature would enable the operator to more easily verify many conditions (i.e., HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of fire extinguisher serial numbers) without have to enter the condition and to be able still record a current date with the same condition. In this example if the serial number is just verified with a Y/N answer, the actual serial number would not be included in the latest report as it was not entered.

  I concur. This would be a great feature to have.
