To have a Round/Task created automatically of assets/forms that are skipped in a Round/Task

If I have a round with 100 assets and can only collect 70 of them, I would like GoPlant to be able to automatically create a new round/task of just the 30 assets skipped.

This is important for lubrication rounds where even though certain assets were skipped for various reasons, I will still need to go back and perform the lubrication checks on just the skipped assets before the next scheduled interval.
