Expanded Form Calculation Step Functionality

Currently, 

• Calculation steps must remain visible for the a different calculation step to reference values from the original calculation step to work correctly. 

Feature request to:

• Add an option to allow calculation steps to remain hidden from the operator while still being usable in formulas (currently, visibility rules block the step from being referenced).
• Possibly expand calculation field functionality, including increasing character limits.
