Form Excel Export and Import

Currently it is possible to use an Excel sheet to create forms and import it into GoPlant.

It would be great to have a function to export a Form from GoPlant into an Excel sheet.
In the Excel sheet you could do transformation easier and faster (e.g. search and replace).
That would help if you have a standard form with 50+ steps and you like to copy it and have to change a name for example.
After editing you would import it and use it.

  +1.  Adding the export of existing forms would be a new feature and it should include the new "trigger logic" enhancements added late 2021/early 2022.

  This would save a ton of time if you wanted to export templates from one instance of GoPlant and import into another instance.
