Option to display Page Title on reports

To help with data collection of identical steps of multiple assets on a single form, it is typical to put them on separate pages of the single form (in this case, assets are not being used in GoPlant - each asset is a page in one form). On a report, the identical steps are all listed but the viewer cannot easily differentiate to which piece of equipment they are related. By including the Page Title on the report, the viewer can easily see to which asset the steps are related.

An alternative is to put the area/asset names into the Step Name, but then they get to be very long and repetitive on the report.
