Have a Visibility Rule to be dependent on current date/time

It would be nice to be able to set up a visibility rule for a step to be based on the current date/time.

For example, if day of week is Thursday then make visible; if time is between 6am and 12pm then make visible; if day of month is between 1 and 7 then make visible; if date is between April 1 and September 15 then make visible; etc.

  +1, this would be helpful to have visibility rules work based on calendar dates.  The examples above are good
