Add alarms colors for vibration alarms on reports

When a vibration step is in alarm, there is a field on round summary reports showing vibration status as "Good", "Warning" or "Critical" along with the overall values.

I recommend that the numerical values be colored so that the exceptions stand out better on a report when the alarms have been exceeded. The user must scan the report closely to find any alarms or they may easily be missed.
