    Unfortunately, our operators do not always remember to log out.  If "single session mode" is enabled and forgets to log out, that handheld device is essentially a "brick" until the same users logs back in to "free" up the session.  This forces all users to turn off the "single session mode" for fear of getting locked out.

    We have to have an admin periodically go into GoPlant, view the "active sessions" and manually release users who have their mobile sessions hung up.  This can literally consume 50+ "zombie" licenses.

    This happens to us all the time.  Operators are constantly not able to do their rounds because their mobile session get hung up.  Most of the time they can't even go to to tablet they were working on and logout.
