TKSA 51 akp for ipad not work
Dear SKF Technical Support,
we are experiencing a critical issue with the SKF Shaft Alignment application used with SKF TKSA 51.
Since updating to version 1.9.11 (released April 2026), the application consistently crashes immediately after launch on an iPad mini. The app cannot be opened or used.
We have already attempted:
- reinstalling the application
- updating iPadOS to the latest version
- restarting the device
None of these steps resolved the issue.
The previous version (1.9.10) was working reliably on the same device.
This issue is currently impacting our operations:
- partial loss of stored measurement data
- inability to perform alignment services for our customer
We kindly ask for:
- A solution or fix for version 1.9.11
- Alternatively, access to version 1.9.10 (IPA or TestFlight)
- Guidance on possible data recovery
Device details:
- Device: iPad mini 4
- iPadOS version: 15.8.7
We would appreciate urgent assistance, as this is affecting ongoing customer work.
