Record data with delay after connection Problems

We have once in a while some technical issues and GoPlant can't be used.

Then we use backup paper based checklists to document rounds.

It would be great to have a functionality to add this data after GoPlant is working again to the system with the data and time when it actually was recorded.

This functionality could only be available for Administrator/Editors to limit the entries.

  Yes, we have this issue as well. To be able to enter the paper round data with the correct date/time stamp.
