Automatically detect if asset in a form does not have a barcode / nfc tag when selecting "Scan Required" in Round Designer

Automatically detect if asset in a form does not have a barcode / nfc tag when selecting "Scan Required" in Round Designer to prevent you from selecting that option in Round Designer. 

There is no check in place to prevent you from selecting "Scan Required" in the Round Designer when form does not have any assets that have a barcode or nfc tag.
