Visibility Rule for Picture Step when part of a Trigger should be automatically added

When adding an email trigger to a step, the option to include a picture creates a Picture step. It would be nice if that Picture step has a visibility rule automatically created linked to the original step with the email trigger being created. Typically, the picture is only wanted for the trigger and is not needed for non-trigger conditions.
