Be able to set Triggers for and Visibility rules from 'Vibration and Temperature' steps

It be very beneficial to be able set a trigger for parts of the Vibration and Temperature steps. If the vibration step is 'Skipped', I would like to be able to set a trigger on that response to be able to track which vibrations are not collected. Also, I would like to be able to create additional steps with Visibility rules triggered by the vibration/temperature alarms.
