Summary
A route is a selection of Functional Locations with defined measurement or inspection points. Routes are used to manage what data is to be collected by the ProCollect user, where to collect it from and when to collect it.
The Routes panel displays a list of routes, with each route identified by a name and due date. When clicking on a route, a more detailed view is displayed, including the Functional Locations, Assets and Points. Routes can be created with a mix of Points and complete Assets.
Details
Rewalkable
Basic routes can be set as "Make Rewalkable", this allows the user to create copies of the route within the ProCollect App.
Recurring
Recurring routes are collected on a schedule, which can be specified when creating or editing a route. The recurring routes can be set to inactive or active, which enables the collection to be turned off/on. It is possible to set the schedule interval for each Functional Location and in addition, Assets and Points can have their own schedule.
Observation
Observation routes are time-limited routes, intended for repeated data collection on machines that need closer monitoring during a time-period of up to 6 months. The content of an observation route is always the same, regardless of the individual functional location schedules.
