Support requests can be created through the SKF Technical Support website (this website, and the TraX mobile application.
SKF Technical Support
Support for Telematics service providers (TSPs) is provided through this website (SKF Technical Support).
To create a support request, select one of the TraX-specific support forms listed in the Open a support case section.

For general support requests:
- TraX sensor - Request support - Request assistance, or report an incident and a problem.
For specific support requests:
- TraX sensor - Onboard a Fleet - Fleets must be onboarded (registered) in the SKF platform in advance. Provide fleet name and a fleet ID.
TraX mobile application
In the TraX mobile application users can request support in the Support section by clicking "Contact support", and describing the support request in the subsequent dialogue.
