Note: The calculations made in the below example are referred for understanding the relationship between misalignment parameters and feet values. In SKF, to make more accurate, there are additional parameters such as offset and other related parameters are used for the calculation along with microns of measured values in the range of (10-6). So, the calculated value in this document will show the approximate value of feet correction in the range of ± 0.05.
