Observer - notification of IMx-1 system unavailability

I would like to have a thing that checks only even once a day connection status in IMx-1 system view and lets say if there is 3 days “not connected” status then send me just simple email with name of database where is such problem.

This notification preferably by email because in list of alarms it will get lost and looses any purpose.
