IMx-8/16 Modbus active password protection

It would be nice to have a restriction on DB change when modbus is configured and the modbus is sent to the PLC of the client.

this will prevent a reboot of the IMx and wrong or no readings in the PLC (when they us e it as a stop for the machine)
