Features for a proper Microlog integration to @ptitude Observer
Hello,
Hope anyone from the SKF development team could reply to the following question.
Are the following points considered in the @ptitude Observer development roadmap?
- There is no transfer module available to download the data collected from remote sites and then be sent for analysis. The Thin Client Transfer module doesn´t work for Observer. At this stage people is obligated to get a full license/seat just to download data at every remote location where people is collecting data.
- There is no way to set up dynamic points for a four-channel data collector. At this stage the Microlog AX/GX are four-channels data collectors for off-route measurement and three-channels data colletor for route based measurement (considering triaxial measurement with a triaxial sensor at he same point).
- Even though there is an option to set up frequency band alarms, once the data is collected, there is no way to display them in the Trend diagram.
- There is no option to set up alarms for waveforms parameters (peak max/min, overall, crest factor).
- No option to get waveform standard parameters (peak max/min, overall, crest factor).
Regards,
-

Supporting remote connection of Microlog AX/GX device has been done in Observer v13.2 via DataBridge utility, please check the changelog:
-
New Microlog dBX support has been added in Observer v13.4: https://www.skf.com/group/products/condition-monitoring-systems/product-support-training/condition-monitoring-product-downloads/aptitude-observer-software-downloads/13-4
