Turn off Auto scale in observer when using Logarithmic amplitude scaling

It is not possible to disable auto scaling for spectra when log scaling is selected. Auto scale defeats the purpose of viewing the data in a logarithmic scale. This is very frustrating, every spectrum chosen requires resetting in a tedious process.
