FFT Autoscale is often too loose

Customer expressed desire that the Auto scale on the Y Axis would not have as much blank space.  

i.e. there is an FFT where the highest peak is under 0.06 gE.  Auto-scale shows this on 0.10 gE full scale.  Customer would rather have the full scale be 0.06 gE.
