Time Wave Band Cursor

The band cursor in the time wave should behave as it does in Aptitude Analyst.  You should be able to move either side of the band by moving your mouse close to the side you want to move, instead of having to click the top of the band on the side you are trying to move.   You should also be able to click on the middle of the band to move the band from side to side in the wave form.
