When deleting items from hierarchy, User should asked to approve deleting any IMx-1 commissioned sensors

User can currently delete commissioned IMx-1 sensors.  If this accidentally happens, then the points have to be restored from a backup and then user has to go in the field and decommission and recommission each sensor to restore.  

I would like the delete process to scan for any commissioned sensors and ask for each one whether user really wants to delete.
