Machine / Advanced / Conditional Activation should also work for IMx-1

Machine / Advanced / Conditional Activation can be used to take an OPC Data Tag and Gate data collection for an IMx-8/16.  We should also be able to do this for IMx-1.  Several customers have asked for this.
