Acquisition Parameter Sets

Several customers have requested the ability to use Acquisition Parameter Sets to be able to control the Frequency Setup on many points from one Set.  i.e., there would be a Velocity AP Set that is 3200 lines with 1 kHz bandwidth.  The user could change this in one location and all points using this AP Set would be updated.
