Include functions in the @ptitude Observer

Our client Klabin request to us to include two features on the @ptitude  Observer

Include the harmonic function in the fault frequencies; currently, only the fundamental frequency is marked when activated.
Include a percentage adjustment for the fault frequency in the fundamental frequency.
