Calendar based gating to stop collection on an entire DB

Customer has several Databases, and would like to schedule a Calendar based gating to stop collection on an entire DB. The speed gating does not meet the requirements as some machines are run at ranges that are out of the production parameters and are distorting the readings, This is also applicable to a lot of Fans the are run at no loads etc when the facality is in a Shutdown mode to change the Product being processed>

This is a Steel Facility production line with Over 250+ IMx8/16+ units

Is there any derived point that I could create that may achieve this functionaliy

Hi! Did you try to use OPC data tagging condition indicator which can enable disable machine based on the OPC tag value? So potentially you can set up some flag on customer OPC server in accordance with their calendar.

I wonder if an additionial Digital Gating (or Multiple Gating Point) wouldn't help here whith a signal from Customer that states on or off. It wouldn't be necessary to have the Load for that condition.
