Diagnosis Rule Filter

As it is now, plotting diagnosis rule is time consuming and not easy to scroll. If would be great to filter the rules by name for example to just concentrate to the one of interest.

  Maybe a sort by function will improve that. Showing the rules in the Alarm and warning on the top

  Yes, I have seen it was proposed by other, we would get improvements.
