Alarms levels on trend, mouse moving

It should be nice if on the trend plot we can move the alarms level alert & danger by clicking on the display line yellow and red. And we would move it where we would like with the mouse, without openning the point properties

  It also should be locked who had changed the threshold with a timestamp in the system

  Yes the log should be incremental on each modification as it is for current features modified.
