More settings for sending a notification by e-mail

I came to the conclusion that now we really lack the settings for sending notifications.
For example, we would like to have a menu for selecting machines from the list inside the user, so that the user can receive notifications only for his machines, and not, as it is now, all notifications at once throughout the entire hierarchy. It would also be very nice if you turned on the ability to send notifications only for diagnoses.
