Regarding feature requests - How many requested features have been actually implemented?
I've followed this forum few years already and decided now to approach you with more general question. How many of these feature requests have actually been implemented over the years? There are just many incredible useful features end users have been requesting for and many of them do not exist in Observer today. What is holding SKF back, are you usually contacting the person about their idea(s) or what is the process?

Hello,
Thanks for raising this, it’s a very valid question.
We do continuously review and prioritize feature requests from the community along with input from customers, support, and internal teams. Several requested features have been implemented over time and are reflected in the official release notes/changelogs.
You can follow the latest updates and see implemented improvements here: https://www.skf.com/group/products/condition-monitoring-systems/product-support-training/condition-monitoring-product-downloads/aptitude-observer-software-downloads
Due to the way the community forum works, posts are often anonymous, which means we can’t always follow up directly with individual requesters. However, all feedback is captured, reviewed, and contributes to our product roadmap and prioritization.
Please keep sharing your ideas and use cases, they are an important input to how we evolve the product.
