Archive buffer for Spectra/Timewave

In order to have a better/quicker Alarm on diagnosis it would be nice to have a kind of archive buffer for Spectra/Time Waves.

A reason to have long collection intervall for Spectra/TW is not dump database with a lot of data, but this also leads to long alarming times with Diagnosis rules and the F1 to F4 bands might not deliver enough complexity for calculation of indicators. To overcome this a short time buffer for e.g. the last view days can help.
