SKF Microlog Inspector CMDM6700 Series Boot Up Issue

After attempting a clean boot on a SKF Microlog Inspector CMDM 6700
handheld, the device will not boot up, however, the green LED stays illuminated.
Additional clean boots fail to get the device to reboot and the screen stays black.
This article provides a work around to the issue described.
