Steps to Configure Derived POINTs for Automatic Calculation of New Data

After setting up Derived POINTs for the first time, the POINTS should calculate as soon as new data comes in.  If new Derived POINTS do not begin to calculate when new data arrives, it is likely some critical part of the process was missed.
