Summary
When attempting to establish communication between Microlog dBX CMVA90 and @ptitude Analyst V9MR4 the following error message may appear.
Solution
Upgrading to @ptitude Analyst V9MR4 (9.0.4081.4) requires a Database update. After completing the update, you must also go to Database Type and perform a Set Active operation.
- The Database Update only needs to be performed once, either from one client PC or directly on the server.
- The Set Active step, however, must be performed on every client PC that will be used to communicate with the Microlog dBX CMVA 90 via Analyst V9MR4.
After completing the Database Update, you will get the following message:
However, this message typically only appears on the system where the update was performed.
Once the database has been updated, you will most likely not see this message on any of the client PCs.
Once the Set Active operation has been completed, communication between the @ptitude Analyst and the Microlog dBX CMVA 90 device should work as intended.
