When attempting to establish a Remote Desktop Services (RDS) connection to any SKF Remote Server, the following error may appear:
Solution:
If you encounter the error above while trying to connect to an SKF Remote Server, try downloading a new RDP connection file from the RDWeb portal to see if the same error persists. If the error continues to occur, please open a support case using the self-help portal for the Technical Support group at www.skf.com/cm/tsg.
The reason for this error is likely due to one or more of the TLS certificates used in the Remote Desktop Services (RDS) infrastructure having expired or being invalid.
