When attempting to establish a Remote Desktop Services (RDS) connection to any SKF Remote Server, the following error may appear:
Solution:
If you encounter the error above while attempting to connect to an SKF Remote Server, try updating your password in the RDWeb portal and then logging in again. If you still can't log in after updating your password, please open a support case using the self-help portal for the Technical Support group at www.skf.com/cm/tsg.
The reason this error is occurring is likely due to one of two reasons: either your Remote Server account password has expired or is incorrect, or your account itself has expired.
