Receiving a Time out connecting to device message in TCTdBX when communicating to Microlog dBX.
Solution

- A USB cable driver (UsbCableDriver.exe) must be installed on the host computer running TCTdBX.

Using the provided Data Link GT168 USB cable, connect your Microlog dBX to the computer’s USB port. Note: The connection cannot be established by using a standard USB cable.

On the dBX Microlog, double tap the SyncDataCollector icon from the home screen. This is necessary to place the Microlog dBX in transfer mode.
- A USB cable driver (UsbCableDriver.exe) must be installed on the host computer running TCTdBX.
If any of these steps are NOT completed, it will result in the mentioned error message.
